1.       Booking and Payment: All shooting location bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. A deposit is required to secure the booking and the balance is due on the day of the shoot.

2.       Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled shoot will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, the deposit will be refunded or the booking can be rescheduled.

3.       Usage of the Location: The shooting location must be used only for the purpose stated in the booking and any deviation from this will result in the termination of the shoot and the forfeiture of any payments made.

4.       Insurance: The client is responsible for obtaining and maintaining insurance coverage for the duration of the shoot. The client must provide evidence of insurance to Bollywood Park prior to the shoot.

5.       Liability: Bollywood Park will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by the client or any third party as a result of the shoot. The client will be held responsible for any damage caused to the location or equipment during the shoot.

6.       Permits and Filming Restrictions: The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and adhering to any filming restrictions in the area. Bollywood Park will not be held responsible for any fines or penalties incurred as a result of non-compliance.

7.       Additional Services: Additional services such as wardrobe, makeup, catering, and equipment rental can be provided at an additional cost. These services must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

8.       Compliance with laws and regulations: The client must comply with all local, state and federal laws and regulations while using the location and must provide all necessary licenses and permits before the start of the shoot.

9.       Time Restrictions: The shoot must be completed within the time agreed upon in the booking. Additional time may be purchased, but this must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.

10.   Post-production: Any post-production work such as editing, special effects, and color correction must be done by the client or by a third-party contractor approved by Bollywood Park.
