Mr. Santosh Mijgar

Born to a farming family with big dreams, our founder, Santosh Mijgar, came to Mumbai with the full support of his parents. The city's energy quickly captivated him, and he soon realized why it was called "the city of dreams" or the "filmy nagariya."
On his first attempt to enter Dadasaheb Phalke Chitranagari (Film City), he was turned away. This setback did not stop him; it strengthened his determination. He promised himself that he would not only enter the premises but also become a significant force in the industry, ensuring he would never face rejection again.
Understanding the passion of many others who came to Mumbai with dreams of working in Film City, Santosh felt a strong connection to their hopes. He made it his mission to open Dadasaheb Phalke Chitranagri to the public, just to see them smile.
Through dedication and hard work, he established the Mumbai Film City Tour with the help of MOS Utility Limited. This attraction, which lets visitors explore outdoor locations within Film City, successfully increased tourism in Maharashtra. As a result, Mr. Chirag Shah, the founder of MOS Utility Limited, appointed him as a director in the company.
Santosh's vision for entertainment continued to grow. He created Bollywood Park, Mumbai’s first and only Bollywood-themed park. Located inside Film City, it was the result of his vision and years of experience.
Today, Santosh Mijgar is a respected figure in the Marathi film industry, known for his roles as an actor, director, and producer. He is currently instrumental in shaping successful film and television projects with MOS, including the new "The Bollywood Park Show," which aims to further promote tourism in Maharashtra. His deep understanding of regional cinema helps connect mainstream and regional talent, creating impactful content experiences.
Santosh Mijgar actively supports tourism by promoting the Mumbai Film City Tour and Bollywood Park at various events, including the prestigious Cannes Film Festival. He also collaborates with the government to organize and host many events and initiatives aimed at showcasing Maharashtra's rich cultural heritage and tourist attractions.
Mr. Chirag Shah

Mr. Chirag Shah is a strategy professional with approximately 18 years of rich industry experience in B2B Fintech (financial technology) and omnichannel business. He aced the field of sales and marketing in 2005 by launching ‘DONECARD’, India’s first and most memorable prepaid (preloaded) card.
As the Chairman of MOS Utility Pvt. Ltd., he extended his entrepreneurial vision to the entertainment and tourism sector by providing financial support and resources to Mr. Santosh Mijghar’s idea & creation, enabling the launch of Mumbai Filmcity Tours.
